Spanishكشفت صحيفة الحداثة الصادرة، الأربعاء، عن وثائق أشارت فيها إلى أنّ حمولة الشاحنات التابعة للصندوق القومي للإمدادات الطبية، التي أثارت جدلاً انتهى بإقالة مديرة الصندوق، كانت تحمل آخر دفعة من المحاليل الوريدية، متوقّع وصولها للبلاد، بعد توقف الشركات المتعاقدة عن التزويد لعدم سداد مديونياتها.
وذكرت لجنة التحقيق التي شكّلتها الإمدادات الطبية أنّ سبب تأخر تفريغ الشاحنات هو كثافة الوارد من المحاليل، بسبب تغيير المورد الرئيسي بعد توقفه عن التزويد، وأنّ مساحة واسعة من السعة التخرينية للإمدادات تشغلها مخزونات منح ومساعدات تخصّ وزارة الصحة، واضطرار إدارة المخازن للتعاقد لتأجير مخازن جديدة.
واستغرق تفريغ الحاويات منذ وصولها لميناء بورتسودان حتى مخازن الإمدادات”6″ أيام، كحدٍ أقصى، حيث تمّ تفريغ 200 حاوية منها في يوم الوصول كحدٍ أدنى، فيما لم يكشف التحقيق عن أيّ مؤامرة لتعمّد تأخير التفريغ، ولا عن تقصير في التفريغ عن المتوسّط التقليدي لعملية التفريغ التي تمّت بما يتجاوز الطاقة القصوى.
